    Whats the recommended dosage for the tea, both ganoderma and gynostemma and the maximum dosage?

      Hi Daniel,

      The Ganoderma daily recommended dose is 2-3 cups (250ml each) per day.

      The Gynostemma daily recommended dose is 2-4 cups (250ml each) per day.

      Both herbs can be consumed in higher doses as well if needed, they are both completely safe for long term use.

    I have used Red Reichi Mushroom for about 3 months. First I used it as a tea, gave me more energy and vigor as stated. I have been fermenting veges for a long time, so I thought why not ferment this mushroom.

    I soaked it for 24 hours then put it in a NutraBullit blender, then put it in a glass jar with purified water, leave and inch for expansion, and added probiotics and prebiotics as raw organic sugarcane (food for the critters). Keep everything clean.
    Let it ferment in a dark place in my kitchen for about 3 weeks.

    A tea spoon of it with nothing else added, gives me even more energy and vigor. I take it morning and afternoon. Not to late, you don’t need all that energy going to sleep.
